Before registering, please read the entire website. All tables and outdoor vending spaces are pre-assigned

Vendor tables and spaces must be reserved ASAP. The show sells out quickly every year! Pre-payment is required by April 1, 2026. After April 1st, all remaining tables and spaces will be sold

All vendors must submit a registration form so we will know your specific needs. The deadline for the completed registration form and full payment is April 1, 2026

All items must be pre-1970. Please tell us what you plan to display and sell

Inside Tables: $100 for each preassigned 15' x 20' table

Outside Spaces: $90.00 for each preassigned 15’ x 20’ table

Vendors must supply their own table covers

Show cancellation policy

Cancel on or before January 1st - full refund

Cancel on or before March 1st - 50% refund

No refund after April 15, 2026

​Show Hours and Information

Vendor set up begins Tuesday from 2pm-5pm for both inside and outside vendors. Early buyers are welcome! ​

Show hours: Wed - Fri 8am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm.

Vendor auction is Saturday at 10am​

Trailers and large trucks must be parked in the grassy field during show.
